This project is pioneering a communal approach to development in disadvantaged and disenfranchised communities. The MLK Wellness Complex will be owned and operated by a group of residents and advocates of the South Dallas Community and brokered and managed by Kingdom Legacy Company. This project will bring an integrated wellness solution to South Dallas, providing a suite of wellness services to enrich the community’s overall health & wellness options. This development will feature a community fitness center, a healthy restaurant offering fresh food options, and wellness office suites with our pursuit to also include mental counseling services and massage therapy.

The Kingdom South Apartment is a 2-story, 50 unit, 90 bedroom apartment property that provides mix-income housing including low income-moderate income residents in the South Dallas/Fair Park neighborhood of Dallas, TX. This project not only provides housing to tenants but also work with tenants to help them learn about ownership and steps they can take to become homeowners.

We Must Own is a manual for real estate investing written to empower, educate, and inspire everyday people to build wealth through property ownership and to take responsibility for the communities where they reside. Though market secrets have historically been reserved for the elite, We Must Own provides the fundamental education for everyone to learn to invest and build wealth through real estate, no matter their age, race, gender, income level, or background. We Must Own is written by a minority woman and 1st generation real estate developer who is actively redeveloping an entire community using the tools written in this book. Through property ownership the author has disrupted homelessness, health and food disparities and crime. The goal of We Must Own is to close the wealth gap in the US by eliminating the gap in real estate ownership that disproportionately impacts women and people of color.

Handles various responsibilities, including liaising with conferences and determining budgets for future campaigns or music releases. Serving as a go-between for the artist and public relations teams.
